EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN RESPONSE TRAINING

It is imperative that you identify key employees in your Emergency Action Plan who have the assignment to act during an emergency. These key employees must be assigned and trained on your Emergency Action Plan.

We train your designated responders on:

  • First Aid/CPR/AED

  • Incident Command

  • Bloodborne Pathogens

This training is combined with hands-on, realistic scenarios that allow the trainees to get a realistic experience.

INCIDENT COMMAND TRAINING

The Incident Command System (ICS) is a standardized, on-scene, all-hazards incident management approach that:

  • Allows for the integration of facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures, and communications operating within a common organizational structure.

  • Enables a coordinated response among various jurisdictions and functional agencies, both public and private.

  • Establishes common processes for planning and managing resources.

ACTIVE SHOOTER TRAINING

Lion's Gate offers a proprietary active shooter training that teaches participants the basic skills to stay alive during an active shooter event. While other active shooter programs focus on hiding in place, Lion's Gate's active shooter training focuses on action and strategy during this type of scenario.

HAZMAT TRAINING

Hazardous materials training is required for all hazmat employees under the U.S. DOT hazardous materials regulations (49 CFR Part 172, Subpart H). Hazmat training is required within 90 days for new employees. Training must be repeated every three years, and periodically as rules change.
