Business Development Coordinator
Lion’s Gate Security Solutions is a leader in the cybersecurity industry. We are a national firm that works with federal, state, and local governments as well as corporations to ensure that their information and assets remain protected in a world of ongoing cyber threats. Lion’s Gate’s professional team of Business Development Coordinators is responsible for maintaining good relationships with current clients while simultaneously building new client relationships that generate IT placements. It is their job to ensure that current clients are satisfied and potential clients are interested in securing more of Lion’s Gate Security Solutions’ services. Each person is selected for Lion’s Gate based on their field expertise, work ethic, and professionalism.
1.0 Position Overview
We are looking for a capable Business Development Coordinator who enjoys communication with current and potential clients and possesses both deep and wide expertise in business development and research. In order to ensure that current clients are satisfied and potential clients’ concerns are addressed, Business Development Coordinators perform a variety of essential tasks.
2.0 Essential Functions
2.1 Develop client recruitment and maintenance plans
The Business Development Coordinator will develop a strategy to identify potential clients across a variety of IT sectors and states, and engage them in communications that lead to the acquisition of Lion’s Gate Security Solutions’ services.
Once a client has contracted with Lion’s Gate Security Solution’s, the Business Development Coordinators partner with Lion’s Gate Security Solution’s management staff in order to develop plans which can to boost/maintain the number of contracted positions.
2.2 Research New Clients
Business Development Coordinators will seek new client relationships using a combination of internet research, professional networking connections and referrals to identify and contact potential clients.
2.3 Coordinate Logistics
Business Development Coordinator’s job involves setting and traveling to meetings, coordinating and informing all relevant parties about meetings, and keeping clear records of plans and actions.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Relations or Business Administration
